The Go Moutain Bike (GoMTB) course is a Cycling Scotland accredited course designed to help build basic bike handling confidence in a variety of off-road terrains, particularly for beginner through to intermediate riders.
We commonly run the GoMTB course as a one day course, although this could be split over two half days if required, or even extended in to a one and a half day, or two full days to give a deeper level of coaching and practice time of the skills being taught. Some skills sessions are taught in a controlled environment, e.g. on flat ground using skills props, such a boxes and ramps, while other sections of the course are taught on the trail during a mountain bike journey, given a more realistic environment to your ride.
